How long does shipping take?

Standard delivery is 2-7 business days within the United States and 6-21 business days internationally. A few items may take longer, and the estimate for your order is shown at checkout.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping rates are set by our fulfillment centers and shown at checkout before you pay.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. International shipping is available, and the countries we can ship to vary by product and supplier. Available shipping options, prices and delivery estimates for your address are shown at checkout. If your country isn't offered for the item you want, email us at contact@wiswatch.com and we'll see what we can do.

How do I track my order?

You'll receive an email with a tracking link once your order ships. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to update.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

You can request a return within 7 days of delivery. Watches must be unworn, unaltered and in original packaging. See our Refund Policy for details.

How do I start a return?

Email contact@wiswatch.com with your order number. We'll send return instructions. Please don't ship anything back before we approve it.

When will I get my refund?

Within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect your return, back to your original payment method.

Products

Are your watches authentic?

Yes. We carry watches from brands including Vincero, Paul Rich, Abingdon and The Beyond Boring Watch Company, with more to come. All are shipped through authorized fulfillment channels.

Are the watches water resistant?

Water resistance varies by model. Check the specs on each product page, and note that ratings don't cover hot water, saunas or pressure changes.

How do I find my wrist size and pick a fit?

Measure your wrist with a soft tape measure or a strip of paper. Case size and strap length are listed on every product page. If you're between sizes, email us and we'll help.

Are watches automatic or quartz?

It's listed on each product page. Automatics are powered by wrist motion and need no battery. Quartz watches use a battery.

Payments & Account

What payment methods do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and USDC.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. Checkout is processed by Shopify's secure payment system, and we never see or store your full card details.
